According to computed tomography findings, the trachea was displaced to the right due to compression of the left lobe, the lumen was narrowed to 5 mm. The patient had all indications for life-saving operation. Thyroidectomy was performed. In the postoperative period, the patient no longer presented complaints about labored breath.
